Pediatric physical therapy at MUSC Children's Health provides specialized care for children of all ages and diagnoses, in the hospital and in the outpatient setting. Interventions are provided to assist children in meeting their developmental milestones, recovery from injury or post-operative rehabilitation. We work closely with your child's health care team, providing treatment that is individualized, family-centered and interdisciplinary.
Our team is comprised of 6 physical therapists at our Pediatric Rehabilitation Clinic at Leeds Avenue campus.

Stacey has been practicing pediatric PT since she graduated from Shenandoah University in 2009. She was previously working at the Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU until she joined our team in 2015. She works at our outpatient facility primarily with children with developmental delays, post-concussion syndrome, cerebral palsy, chromosomal abnormalities, and orthopedic injuries.

Kate has been working for 2 years as a pediatric PT since she graduated from MUSC in 2013. She works with inpatient children of all ages in the hospital including working with them before and after surgeries, during long stay recoveries, and scheduled admissions.

Erica has been working as a pediatric PT for 5 years after she graduated from Washington University in St. Louis. She previously worked at St. Louis Children’s Hospital and joined our MUSC team in 2013. She works primarily with children with cerebral palsy, specifically who are pre and post Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy as well as children with developmental delays.

Jennifer is our Team Leader and graduated from Boston University in Massachusetts in 1992 and began working at MUSC in 1993. She attained her Pediatric Certified Specialist in 1998 (recertified in 2008) and is specialized in Aquatic Physical Therapy, Serial Casting, and foot orthotic fabrication. She is currently a member of the South Carolina LEND (Leadership in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities) Program statewide. At MUSC interdisciplinary clinics, she attends Spasticity clinic, Spina Bifida clinic, Hemophilia clinic, and Muscular Dystrophy clinic.

Jaime graduated from Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts in 2005 and has been working as a pediatric PT at MUSC since 2006. She works in the hospital caring for the inpatient population as well as the outpatient clinic. At MUSC interdisciplinary clinics, she attends High Risk clinic, Brain Tumor clinic, and Down Syndrome clinic.

Stacey has been practicing PT for 8 years since graduating from Armstrong Atlantic State University in 2006. She was previously active duty Air Force where she practiced for 3 years treating adult patients and 3 years treating pediatric patients in the school system. She is currently a member of the Air Force Reserves. She joined our team in 2013 working in the hospital as well as our outpatient clinic.
