MUSC Children's Health Pediatric Endocrinology services are an integral part of the Medical University of South Carolina’s Department of Pediatrics. We strive to provide excellence in patient care, teaching, and research. We are dedicated to providing state-of-the-art care within a compassionate and caring environment. Because each individual’s health care needs are unique, every patient has an individualized plan of care.
Our team includes three attending physicians, three certified diabetes educators, a nutritionist and a social worker.
Our board-certified physicians and dedicated staff enable the division to be a leading provider of pediatric endocrine health care in the region and state. Our diabetes education program is certified by the American Diabetes Association.
The 2016–17 edition of U.S. News & World Report's America's Best Children's Hospitals has ranked MUSC Children's Hospital as a "best hospital" for pediatric diabetes and endocrinology, ranking us among the top programs in the country.
